The art of back-checking and a better understanding of how to read plays. Overall a
program to challenge yourself to get better and take your game to the next
level. Many Pro hockey players go to camps in the summer where they work
on technique, getting more out of their current level of play, and build skating
ability. We will be working on all of this and will focus the Dry Land
training to work on target muscles that are used for the game- including proper
warm up, stretching, and cool down to complete the process.
